Slowly, but surely.
I'm down another 2.2, which puts my WW total to 7.2 pounds gone. No, it's not coming off as fast as I'd like, but it's coming off. I would like to close my eyes and have it all be gone, that's not gonna happen though! I've made it to the gym consistently and have upped my cardio. I'm now doing 60 minutes on the elliptical, and 45 of running (alternating days of cours). My mom and sister both have said they can see me getting slimmer already, which is great to know that when the scale barely budges, I'm still losing inches. In fact, I'm now down 7.75 inches! I love that! 3 inches from just my waist...
I have had a little set bak though. As a reward for Owen being good, I took him to The Rock for lunch. I should've known better than to eat their pizza, but I did it anyways. So, this morning I woke up to go to the gym, and I was up 2.9 pounds!!! Not happy at all. After my work out, I had dropped .8 of that, but now I feel like I'm back peddling. NO MORE ROCK PIZZA!!! It's like it's made of lead or something...
